Gaku Yoneta
Founder & CEO, Managing Partner
Gaku joined Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division in 2011, engaged in M&A advisory services for industry restructuring and business integration of domestic companies and large acquisitions of U.S. companies.
Later, he worked at EYTAS, Sigmaxyz and the Investment Banking Division of Tokyo Star Bank, where he was involved in M&A advisory services for venture companies and distressed companies, LBO/MBO financing, mezzanine and other principal investment activities.
Most recently, he worked at an investment firm owned by a super wealthy family office, where he was engaged in investment management business mainly in value-up investments in listed stocks and M&A and equity investments in unlisted companies.

Taiji Yamamoto
Board Director, Managing Partner
Taiji joined Goldman Sachs, mainly engaged in several advisory and investment roles in investment banking divisions and principal investment team.
Later, he joined Lone Star Funds, engaged in investment in various asset classes.
Most recently, he joined Sigmaxyz, engaged in cross border M&A advisory, management strategy and business strategy planning and execution support.
Involved in M&A and fundraising over 1 trillion yen and investment management over 100 billion yen to date.

Serge Tiroche
Managing Partner
Serge comes from a family with a long tradition in art - as collectors, gallery owners, dealers and auction house founders. He has been collecting contemporary artworks for over 30 years.
He obtained an MBA from INSEAD in 1997 and was a Managing Director at Citi Private Bank until 2007.
He founded Israel's first art incubator, “START” in 2008, it has built the largest collection of Israeli art of the past decade. He went on to invest in the Artist Pension Trust and serve as its global chairman until 2010.
Over the years Serge was involved with multiple public art organizations in various functions - The Batsheva Dance Company, The Tel-Aviv Museum, The Serpentine Gallery and the Israel Museum to name a few. He also invests and advises various startups targeting a more efficient art market ecosystem.
