According to The Art Market Report by Art Basel & UBS, the size of the Global Art Market in 2023 is announced to be 65 billion US dollars (about 9.7 trillion yen), with more than 80% of the market share held by the top three countries: the United States, China, and the United Kingdom, while Japan's share is only 1%. The current situation in Japan is considered immature and as an outsider. On the other hand, in Japan, from the late 1980s to the early 1990s, enthusiastic gentlemen of the bubble era bought Blue Chip Art, but many of these artworks are lying dormant in warehouses. We believe there is a great revenue opportunity in excavating and liquidating these artworks.
