Policy on Anti-Social Forces

To sever all relationships with anti-social forces that threaten the order and safety of civil society, the Company has established the following basic policy.

1. Organizational response: We respond to anti-social forces as an organization, led by senior management.
2. Cooperation with external specialists: We maintain close working relationships with the police, the Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, lawyers and other external specialists.
3. No relationships of any kind, including transactions: We have no relationships with anti-social forces, including business transactions, and we reject any unjust demands from them.
4. Civil and criminal legal action: We respond to unjust demands from anti-social forces with legal action on both civil and criminal fronts.
5. No back-door deals or funding: We do not enter into back-door deals with, or provide funds to, anti-social forces.
